昌胜加工坊成立于1991年，专业生产手工麦芽糖（饴糖），纯手工加工，香甜溢口，拥有长久的传统文化，二十三日过小年，差不多是过新年的“彩排”。这天晚上家家祭灶，从一擦黑儿鞭炮响起来，随着炮声把灶的纸像焚化，美其名叫送灶上天。麦芽糖为长方块或为大小瓜形。传说用糖粘住灶的嘴，他到了天上不会向玉皇报告家庭中的坏事了。现在更多是大家自己享用了。可用于深加工制作糖果（牛皮糖，花生酥）等等等
